I've checked all sage exceptions are in place, https scanning is disabled and nothing is hitting the firewalls..... happens when you query an invoice after entering the "reference" number and clicking "check". Anybody else seeing this? Sage service status is all green. we're web hosted.

If you look closely if using a non-standard port for some of it’s https communication. A firewall changes required. TCP port 2053 need to unblocking to app.sage200.co.uk
