Windows 10 21H2 Taskbar

We have an XML which is deployed via SCCM task sequence & a GPO for backup... this seems to apply fine, got no real problems.

 

Issue is that when a user logins into the computer sometimes the taskbar has 0 items pinned, if we restart the service Windows Explorer then the apps will appear on the taskbar, or if we log off and log back on they will appear.

 

 

 

Any ideas?!

I don’t tend to use sccm for taskbar settings. I use the startmenu xml file set via gpo.

 

I can attach the xml file I use to set taskbar items pinned?
