How to export comments for InToich reports?

Profiles and Assessment managers Question:

In Profiles, is it possible to create a spreadsheet containing a whole year groups pupils’ comments? We would the like to export that information , then import it into a template in Assessment so that we can send the reports home electronically via InTouch.

I don't know if it's possible but, even if it is, your Profiles comments might be too long to fit into the matching Assessment Manager comment aspects. Perhaps a little test before you spend more time on this?
