Strange Printing issue

Hi,

We have a networked Brother MFC-J6520DW printer in the DT department. Whenever the head of DT prints from his staff machine the print jobs are always in A5. I logged in with the admin account and added the printer and the same occurred for me. Every other machine can print in A4 to the printer except the head of DT’s staff machine. Obviously the printer is networked and therefore I assume that it can’t be an issue with the driver on the server, or it would surely affect other machines? The head of DT can print in A4 just fine to the Brother printer from other machines.

 

Just wondered if anyone has any idea of why this is happening?

 

The driver is a Microsoft IPP class driver and it’s a type 4 driver.

 

I have no access to the print server but can’t see that it’s a driver issue on the server, or surely it would affect all machines?
