Teams not working

Hi, three of my students are struggling to access Teams so they can view work set by the teacher. They are able to log into Office 365 and access Outlook, but when they try to access Teams it seems to get stuck in a loop with checking their credentials. Could it be something to do with licenses?

I've witnessed this when cookies aren't been stored, like incognito mode

Does the same happen in both the app and browser versions of Teams? When we have issues with one, the quickest solution is to usually switch to the other.

Hi everyone, I Googled the problem and it seemed to be because the time was wrong on the computer. I have actually just rebuilt those PCs over half term and they may not have picked up the new time yet. Has anyone else had this issue?

Check your time zone. I once forgot to specify the London time zone in my MECM TS and it was on the default of Pacific Time. The computer was getting the right time, just adjusting it to PST based on the OS setting.

Had a couple of users stuck in authentication loop on the desktop app before.
