ESS SiMs Minutes late in reports

Does anyone know how to get the reports to output an accurate minutes late, or even what the minutes late output is based on. Either attendance minutes late or lesson minutes late never show an accurate value for the whole year but I don’t know how to get that any other way?

 

Please note I’m looking for actual minutes late not number of sessions late or anything like that and ideally I would like it as a summary or aggregate total across the date range selected.
