AM / PM Missing Marks report

Hi,

 

Our receptionist is having an issue with the Missing Marks report during the PM registers taking her ages to chase up pupils/teachers.

AM is not a problem as all pupils are in Registration groups so they can ring to the form room and see where the pupils is.

 

Our PM registration is set to P5 which is the first lesson after lunch of which Pupils are not taught in their Form Groups, but I cannot see anywhere to display in the report where the Pupils should physically be. eg Eng set 1, Geog set B, as it will just show what their Form is?

 

I have Tried to create a custom report but it will display all PM lessons rather than just the one set in to be the PM registration.

 

Does this make sense.

 

Or am i trying to be too nice to the receptionist in getting them an easier way of doing things

Which MIS system is this? Normally, assuming SIMS is a fair guess, but that's increasingly less so.

I always start by getting my attendance team to reduce the missing registers to zero - if a kid has a missing mark then the register is flagged as incomplete anyway.

This report does list teacher and room, a quick double click opens the register where you can spot the missing mark.

 

It's a widget/Panel you can enable on your sims home screen if you have attendance officer permissions.
