This senior engineer role will utilise your 3rd Line technical skills supporting onsite engineers and project work including working with clients on their strategic vision. This role will allow you to mentor network managers and technicians on technical aspects, take responsibility for 3rd line technical issues and regular checks on backups, event logs etc. You’ll be able to develop your business skills, identifying opportunities, working on scoping projects through to implementation especially during school holidays. This role is perfect for someone with strong enterprise level network infrastructure skills (MS server virtualisation, azure, cloud, Active directory, dns, dhcp, o365, data centre etc) who wants to work autonomously whilst also working in a large managed service provider with education at its heart.
