Pre-admission learners appearing on cover lists

Hi all,

 

We are currently using hosted sims.

 

For some reason some pupils, who were part of our pre-admissions list but never attended, are showing up on our cover lists although not our class lists. Clearly we have a setting wrong somewhere but can anyone help here?

Are they in your admissions area? I've had students show up in random places because of that.

They are - we aren't allowed to take them off until the LA tell us we can.
