AB_IT Posted September 29, 2021 Posted September 29, 2021 Hi All, Hope you can help. All our users are currently logged into Outlook and we're on O365. I have set the policy to ensure that all users must change their passwords every 60 days, although this only seems to be prompting them to do so if they log out of the web portal and sign back in fresh. If they don't and they've kept themselves signed into OWA it doesn't prompt them and the same goes if they're already signed into the Outlook client. Is this just a matter of waiting an amount of time for it to work? It's been a few hours and it's definetley applied to all staff as if they sign in via incognito it prompts them? Sorry - I might be being stupid here but I just wanted to check
TechMonkey Posted September 29, 2021 Posted September 29, 2021 I think OWA does has a token that will be valid but it will eventually run out. So yes, I think it is a wait and see jobby.
AB_IT Posted September 29, 2021 Author Posted September 29, 2021 Thank you, what about the users using Outlook installed on their computer as that's the same result?
