[sims] Creating school reports using Profiles

Hello, we are setting up Sims Profiles for teachers to create comments for a school report.

Do any of you know if it is possible to ommit one teacher if the class is being taught by multiple Teachers or class one teacher as the primary?

Also once the teaches have completed a comment is there anywhere which can tell them how many outstanding comments they have?

You can't omit teachers if they teach a group. When we used them here the teachers of shared classes had to decide amognst themselves who was doing which classes. Sometimes they both wanted to contribute, which is fine as long as the "view others comments" box is ticked in Session Setup screen, so that they donlt end up contradicting each other.

 

there are a number of reports you can run on Profiles from Reports>Profiles> to help you identify missing comments but I don't think there is a way for classroom staff to do this for their reports.
