Good morning all,

I am trying to setup SSO via O365 for some test Chromebooks but keep hitting the same brick wall.

I have followed https://cloud.google.com/architecture/identity/federating-gcp-with-azure-ad-configuring-provisioning-and-single-sign-on#register_domains to letter several times now but keep getting this error:

Can anyone please help with this as I'm starting to lose the will to live! :(

Cheers

I managed to sort this. It was an incorrect EntryID.

Once set correctly, and waiting 5 mins, it worked.

Sorry I have only just spotted this.

I had exactly the same issue.

Can I ask what you're using the Chromebooks for and how you're managing them?

We are using them for ad hoc use by the LS department. I want to give them only access to Chrome and remove all the Google Doc gubbins but aren't yet sure whether that can be done it not.

Best wishes

Well we use them as full blown Chromebooks but disable all the Google apps. Google Docs still might show on the device but as the service is disabled it doesn't allow you do anythnig.

I don’t see the point of this… if your using office in the browser, you might as well use Google Docs. Only way I would achieve this if your using the chromebooks as RD/WaaS thin clients, something I can understand. I’m using standard ADFS on prem as the sign in page for our chromebooks in native mode, and it works well.

Let me know if you need any IdP/SdP help.
