SIMS double period issue

Hi. New to this site. Have been system manager in our school for almost three years now and we have hit a snag this year.

 

Our registration periods are clashing with a second “form” period on user homepages. The tabs appear side by side, except the unwanted “form” session has taken over part of the first period as well. The unwanted tab also has an irregular start time (08:38).

 

We’ve checked with our Nova T6 programme and the issue doesn’t seem to be there. I had read somewhere that this could possibly be a double memberships issue that is clashing?

 

Wondering if anyone out here has a solution as it’s becoming a headache to do double registration registers for CTB calls.

Do you use Lesson Monitor or only session registration ?

If its Lesson Monitor, have you checked Tools>Setups>Lesson Monitor Options and checked that the Registration and Periods Pattern conforms to your timetable ?

It sounds like you have not defined the registration period on this screen and this can cause "registration" to overlap with other lessons.

Usually goes wrong if you have changed the timetable cycle/pattern.
