GPO only shows when select the OU

hi All

I have deployed GPO to fix some printer issues and targeted specific OU in AD.

When running the GPO modeling to selecting a specific user in AD, I don't see GPO under applied GPO's.

But when I run the GPO modeling selecting the user and OU it shows under applied GPO's.

When test on the user's device via gpresult /r /scope: user I do not see GPO applied as well.

I am confuse
