Canon Vario 115

Hi all,

 

We have recently had a canon Vario 115 installed, however we are having issues with it on Windows 10 stations. The driver installs fine however when you try and print it hangs the application. Can't access printer preferences neither. At this point I am logged in as a domain user who has full admin rights to the laptop.

 

If I install the printer logged on as the local administrator it works, so it must be something policy/profile related. We don't use roaming profiles all local.

 

Just wondered if anyone had experienced this before and if you had any pointers on which GPO's to look at etc.
