Outlook 2019 Security certification pop -up

Keep getting the following message in Outlook 2019. There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate. The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the target site.

Outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server. (Error Code 0)

I've installed security certificate (surfprotect) and is showing in date. Certificate is stored trusted root certification authorities

This might not (necessarily) be your actual web-surfing proxy, outlook when connecting to Exchange can go via a RPC proxy on the exchange server - what exchange server version are you connecting to? (but as an aside your exchange traffic should NOT go via an proxy or at the least be whitelisted and not SSL intercepted etc).
