MacBook pro removing Jamf to go to Intune.

Can anyone explain the best way of removing Jamf from a Macbook pro so it ready to be switched over to Intune so that I don't have to rebuild the Mac? I don't think the Mac is DEP'ed but if it was I am guessing I would need to change the MDM target.
