Sophos XG Authentication

Just wondering if anyone can help with a Sophos XG query.

 

I've added out Active Directory to the XG and synced groups through to apply web filter policies to. This works fine and out AD is .internal domain. All our users then have a different public domain UPN for 365.

 

However, the XG does not authenticate the users if they join the wireless using their UPN as username. Does anyone have any work around for this?

 

Will possibly also cause problems when I deploy Sophos Endpoint protection with Synchronised ID.
