I uninstalled the Twitter app from my phone earlier today to free up some storage space for an OS upgrade. I reinstalled the app afterwards and it signed straight in as me. Shouldn't it have deleted that info when I uninstalled??

What phone was it?

Google saves my passwords for apps etc so if I get a new phone I just need to install everything.

It is Android and I do have password vault or whatever it is called, but even so, shouldn't it have offered to sign me in with those saved credentials rather than just do it?
