Kindle App Blocked

Hi all,

 

I have a bunch of iPads and they are unable to use the Kindle app. I have a feeling I will need to unblock the site to allow the app to work Correctly. Does anyone know the URL for this without having to unblock the whole of amazon.

Is it definitely a block? I seem to recall Kindles had an issue with enterprise wifi so really wouldn't play nicely? Though it may be a HTTPS interception issue, rather than a blocking issue, as I know a lot of apps get picky about that. Do your logs not show anything?

Thanks for your reply. I am not 100% whether it is a block or not but as I am being told when the app opens its a white background loading. This leads me to believe it's being blocked for the students. The schools current setup for students is everything is blocked unless we are told to unblock something. This is a primary school and I am only on site for a few hours every 2 weeks so trying to sort something out before my next visit.
