Best Windows Version to install

Hi all,

 

Just going through our MS Volume Licensing site to get a more recent version of Windows 10 and wondering what is the best version?

 

Computers will be for added to the domain but if anyone knows the version with the least amount of rubbish included that would help.

 

I see there is Education N, Enterprise N, Enterprise, Education N, etc.
