Hi all,

We have a Exam logon account in Active Directory for students doing certain exams were the Board stipulates that Grammar / Spelling check must be turned off in Office applications.

We have a GPO that turns all the relevant things off.

But the only thing I cannot find a GPO setting for is a very obscure thing.

If the user, logged on with the Exam account, types a word that should be capitalised or the first word in a sentence is uncapitalised, it underlines it in blue.

Eg. If the student typed the following sentence

I like to go to london to ride a bus.

"london" is underlined like a grammar check.

Similarly in the nonsense sentence

sdfksd weuirtyiuy erutyw weruty ierut

The word first "sdfksd" is underlined because it is not capitalised.

Despite extensive searches I cannot find a GPO setting to turn this behaviour on/off.

In normal word, there is a setting in FILE > OPTIONS > PROOFING > WRITING STYLE - GRAMMER SETTINGS that turns this on and off. Any way to do it with a GPO?

Please note I have turned off GPO settings for auto-capitalisation etc, and these don't affect the issue I'm discussing here.

Thanks for any assistance.
