Google Workspace - Vault - Retention Rules

Hi all,

This is something I'm looking at right now for our Trust, and it seems to be a blind spot for a lot of schools and Trusts.

 

How do you have your vault retention rules configured currently, and do you all have data retention policies that cover the configuration?

We're still yet to finalise a complete retention policy for our school, so our Vault config isn't yet directed by anything on paper. I've got Vault set to 10years for everything in the meantime.
