Windows 10 Pro education licensing for students

We're thinking of giving our Geobook 1Es to the kids, in that they'd own them and not be borrowed from school.

 

I'm going to restore them to Windows 10 Pro Education as they came originally, does anyone know where we stand regarding this in terms of licensing?

 

Can we supply them to the kids with that edition installed or would we need to look at other options?

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated
