SMART Learning Suite

Hi,

 

We have recently moved over to SMART Learning Suite as an upgrade from SMART Notebook 10.

 

It installed fine on the computers but for some reason doesn't seem to want to install on the Laptops, I keep getting "Error 2753" screenshot attached.

 

 

Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it?

Have you tried installing an older version? I believe they have a library of the older versions on the website

I haven't done no. It has been suggested by SMART to do a custom install without the drivers but I can't do that because it won't let me untick that box.

Try installing the Smart Ink and Notebook separately, if you go here https://support.smarttech.com/docs/software/product-drivers/product-drivers-12/en/downloads/default.cshtml it'll allow you to download them both. Hope this helps
