On-Prem Exchange 2013 - Shared Mailbox - Deleted and Sent Items

Hi.

 

I have one user who has a number of shared mailboxes setup.

They are using Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 - Cached Mode is on, in Outlook 2016.

 

When sending email on behalf of the shared mailbox, the user also gets a copy in their personal sent items mailbox, which they would like to not happen.

I have enabled in powershell:

MessageCopyForSentAsEnabled = True

MessageCopyForSendOnBehalfEnabled = True

 

These are giving the desired effect of keeping a copy of the sent item in the shared mailbox, however a copy is always sent to the users personal mailbox too, which I would like to avoid.

 

Any way to do this?

I have a registry change somewhere for shared mailboxes along the line of DelegateSentItemsStyle, have a look for that think its what your after but its that long since I've used it and cannot find it to hand at the moment.
