Google forms and Samsung browser

A number of parents have reported that our google forms are no longer working on the Samsung browser on Android mobile devices.

 

Have verified this on my own S7 although all data can be entered if I install firefox or chrome on my device.

 

Any other workarounds that anyone is aware of?

Yep we found this and after finding the issue we have told our users to do the following:

 

There seems to be an update for samsung phones that is defaulting Google form links to use the stock browser and not Chrome (or your prefered browser).

 

Go to Settings > Apps > scroll down to Chrome (or your prefered browser) > under Defaults tap on Browser App > change this to your prefered browser app.
