Clevertouch touch input not working

I have a Clevertouch V Series whose touch input no longer works. This is not just affecting the workstation that's connected to it, but also using the in-built options and accessing other options.

 

Is there a way of factory resetting the TV, bearing in mind none of the controls/options work via touch input?
