Hytera TC-620 two way radios

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this in, but here goes....

 

We have a load of Hytera TC-620 two way radios that are set up for use in school, however we have no idea of the frequencies and codes that have been set up on them. Following us reviewing our OfCom license, we now need to rationalise the channels we use and reprogram the radios.

 

I've bought a programming cable and the software, however the radios seem to have a programming password set on them. I've contacted the supplier we originally bought them from many moons ago but they have no record of the password.

 

Does anybody have any knowledge of how to factory reset these radios so i can start from scratch with the programming
