I am struggling with getting Windows Movie Maker 2012 to install from a MDT Task Sequence. I have tried as a command line and as an application and keep getting 2147219456 unexpected return code.

install command: wlsetup-all.exe /q /AppSelect:MovieMaker /noceip /nohomepage /nolaunch /nomu

I upgraded to the latest WADK and WADKWPE. If this continues we may have to just move to Video Editor in Windows 10 1909 but students are not showing the link although Photos is fine, I'm guessing Apps have not been updated due to restrictions to the Microsoft Store, should this be dealt with by Applocker or the computer config gpo for MS Store?

Here's the command I use...

wlsetup-all.exe /AppSelect:MovieMaker /NOToolbarCEIP /NOhomepage /noceip /nolaunch /NOMU /nosearch /silent

I rarely install WMM anymore, but Video Editor causes us a few headaches with the 'special' way it has to work (project files...)

The command line isn't the problem as I run it as a .cmd with various switches and thats fine, I think it is because you need .net 3.5 and it requires a restart but this seems to have only come about since upgrading our Windows Assessment Deployment Kit for 20H2. Is there anything I need to release for Windows Store to allow window updates but not compromise the network?
