ASUS C423N Chromebook Power USB issue

Hi Everyone my first Post and i'm looking for some further information...

Has anyone on here had Issues with ASUS Chromebooks USB power charging socket in particular ASUS Chromebook C423n? We have Several of these device and the USB c charging part is faulty.. the plastic part inside the USB C the corner chips away and you cant plug the charger in..all the devices have the exact same issue on the exact same part.. picture attached... is anyone else getting this?
