Planning for growth in MATs

Hi all,

 

Whilst being a relatively small MAT, I was wondering of those of you who work in a larger MAT, what are the main areas you had to concentrate on during growth?

 

I understand getting to a position where schools can be 'dropped in' and function as soon as possible. The importance of consistency/best practice throughout the network (naming conventions etc). I imagine moving systems to the cloud in terms of infrastructure, software platforms etc to be beneficial?

 

If anyone can shed any light on their experiences, I'd be grateful?
