nicholab Posted February 2, 2021 Posted February 2, 2021 Hi is there anyone from MS i can reach out to about Surface PSU's we have had a lot fail? We have around 180 surface device in use and there seem to be a general fault with the PSU. I have had laptop fleets of this size before and not seen the same level of failure. We have 44, 65 and 102 Watt models.
bald_pig Posted February 2, 2021 Posted February 2, 2021 I have a similar size batch of surfaces, and only had one dead PSU. We have had a lot of staff not plug the charger in properly though...
