Jaan Posted January 29, 2021 Posted January 29, 2021 Hi all, Long short here. we used to use Google hangouts for staff to communicate with each other and to the IT-support team. Students don't have this feature. Since Google moved Meet, Chat etc into Gmail (Think it's called integrated chat) we've not been able to use it. We use Sophos XG and have checked nothing is being blocked on the FW, Webfilter, Application control etc etc. I have confirmed it is enabled for us in the Google admin panel. In Fact it works fine when off site (or via 4g) So it's something i'm missing in Sophos, i suspect it's a https URL that needs "ignoring" but i can't find it! Anybody had this issue that might be able to shine a light on it? Everything seems to work fine..... it's just the "send" button is greyed out, tested off site fine, if i vpn in (i get the onsite rules) it reverts to being grey. Thanks in advance.
