Formet GAM date output?

I am working on exporting GAM attendance data. Ideally I'd like to run a daily scheduled script to create a google sheet for each teacher.

 

Is it possible to format the date output, currently the id.time looks like 2021-01-17T21:03:47+00:00

 

I really only want yyyy-mm-dd
