I am trying to help a teacher fix her Smart interact TV from home :-( The teacher cant use the touch on her Smart interactive TV She said the sleep button is flashing red and the pens don't work either. She has tried a different laptop. I also asked her to remove the USB and plug it back in on her laptop. Any ideas?
