Arbor Assessment data to 4 Matrix

Morning all,

 

Does anyone have any experience with extracting the assessment data from Arbor to 4 Matrix?

 

I have tried to make a custom report which half-works but not very practical moving forwards, e.g. the report needs to be heavily edited every time.

 

If there is another Arbor school out there that is extracting data to 4 Matrix please could you share your experience or the methods you are using?

Here's how I do it:

 

Students -> Assessment -> Summative Tracking

 

From there, choose Export -> All Student Marks

 

Change your filters at the top to the appropriate year group and assessments (For example, we use an ad-hoc assessment for our termly data drops)

 

Then download the Excel file.

 

This sometimes times out upon download which is irritating, but times out less often than the Export => Bulk Export Student Marks feature

To clarify, the 4Matrix Desktop application now includes an Arbor Data Extract tool.

 

This will import pupil contextual details including photos, class populations and actual exam results. It can't be used to import termly assessment data but if you need help with setting up a report in Arbor to get this in the required format for 4Matrix please contact either the Arbor or 4Matrix support team via live chat, support ticket or phone.
