MS Forms - How do i set who receives the responses to a new form

Hi,

The heads PA asked me to create a form in MS Forms for the 11 + applicants and I have created a fillable form. The heads PA doesn't want me to receive the responses from parents, so I have been asked to somehow change the form so that the heads PA receives the responses from parents. I cannot see how to add another user so that they receive the responses from the parents and wondered if there is a way to do this please?

 

I have never used MS Forms previously!

The short answer is you don't It emails the owner, so either you're owner and get them, or she/he is and gets them. (You can just send a "copy form" link to them and then it'll copy the whole form into their area)

 

The longer answer is, you could bodge it via Power automate to bypass you and notify them on submissions etc

Thanks Steve, I thought as much, but I wondered if I was missing something, as I have never used forms previously!
