"This PC" tab missing completely from File Explorer

Hi

 

I have set up a new user type on my network and assigned group policies, however when logging into the user account with the policy applied and going into File Explorer, the "This PC" tab is completely missing from the side bar/tree. I have not changed any policies that should affect File Explorer's behaviour so not sure what has happened?

 

Would anyone know how and why this has happened? Screenshot attached
