hi there i have a i mac with this os on come up with there recovery but will not reinstall i have connect this to the internet and it said missing download file

 

can any one help us out i am inmnachester area

Might be worth trying internet recovery by holding cmd-option-R on boot rather than just cmd-R. Should then reach out to Apple’s servers for a fresh instance of the recovery tools

hi there i have done this managed to get a copy of the os on to a pen drive as the internet option said the file was missing i hope this works
