Fluke Networks AirCheck Software

Can anyone tell me, or does anyone have any newer software updates for the Fluke Networks Aircheck Wi-Fi tester

Mines currently on SW version 2.1 build 5255trunk and getting software crashes.

seems with the Fluke being discontinued, can only get software updates for the new netally g2 version.

Very frustrating. I've been looking everywhere for it as well. I have a ton of Fluke gear and there's basically no support or even resources after Fluke sold to NetScout/NetAlly. I don't expect them to release new firmware updates forever, but I can't even find any of the software to download any more. It's as if all the downloads were scrubbed from the internet after they sold to NetScout/NetAlly and now you're forced to pay for a subscription or buy new equipment. Ugh...

 

Were you ever able to find any of the firmware/software?

Looking for newer software to use on my Aircheck wifi tester. It's on ver. 1.2 . Firmware and Vendor prefix files are also welcome.

You can create an account at the NetAlly support portal and download the aircheck manager from there, it won't communicate with the Fluke device, but it comes with an updated vendor prefix file that does work on the Fluke.

 

If you like, you can PM me an email address and I'll send the vendor prefix file to you.

Just so that you're aware of it.

 

Aircheck Manager can be downloaded AT NO CHARGE from NetAlly's website - however that version does not support the older Fluke AirCheck devices.

 

Fluke Aircheck Manager was provided AT NO CHARGE from Fluke's website - however, Fluke sold that product line and no longer supports it.

 

IF you can tell me where I can PURCHASE a copy of the FLUKE AirCheck manager, I'll be happy to do so.
