Ms teams

So have a strange issue where by if a teacher tries to create a schedule meeting and sends it to another school or to a personal email address (outlook for example)

 

It moans about an identity provider etc however we have guest access enabled on our teams admin side

 

Any suggestions

I have a similar issue but don't really use MS cloud stuff, so cant help.
