[sims] unable to write to file for viewing in browser

I have a user who is unable to run a report she needs every week, when she goes to run the report she gets the error "unable to write to file for viewing in browser".

 

She has the same permission set as other Year Heads who can run the report and she is in as a local admin on the machine so she should have no access problems writing to the local drive.

Anyone have any ideas?
