Sims parent app

We have just started using sims parent app and there is so much I don’t understand and can really do with help ASAP!

1. When you run a report on sims and upload, does this automatically save on the students linked documents profile? And how do I then notify parents to view the app for reports?

 

2. As a independent school there are a few extra curricular subjects, we would like to create a separate report away from the main report and upload this is a linked document on to sims? How do I do this? And can parents view this on the app?

 

3. A parent is having difficulty logging on the app. Initially had the app a few years ago when the school purchased the parent app, but it wasn’t managed successfully and has not been in use, as a new sims data administrator I have just reinvited parents to join, and sent out new invites to those who are new. This parent forgot her login, so I unregistered the account and then reinvited with a new code. However it states an error message that the details are invalid, any ideas why please?

 

4. As an independent school, we have a large amount of international students, for example China, Nigeria and Europe. Is the sims app compatible with those abroad using email addresses ending in qq.com
