Articulate Storyline or Captivate - Best LMS?

Hi all,

So I'm considering the creation of new e-learning courses where teachers do the content and I produce SCORM packages to track pupil progress and report easily to teachers of a class. I can do the creation of the course in Storyline or Captivate, but the export doesn't fit our two current learning platforms (Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams) as both don't support SCORM packages to track data. I'm loathed to create another platform like Moodle - does anyone do this, and do you use something like Canvas?
