UPS Recommendation

Hi All,

 

Hope everyone is having a good start to their week!

 

I am looking at replacing our old UPS (APC SMT2200RM12U) which only has a runtime of about less than 15 minutes as I tested it the other day. Can anyone recommend a good UPS which they are currently using at their school? I need 8 output connection UPS.

 

I would really appreciate if you could share:

 

Brand and model,

Run time for load

Output connections

Maybe give Tripp Lite AVR750U a look. It's run time is one hour and has 12 output connections. It's reasonably priced - $85. I'd give it a try, especially when comparing to other products.

You need to calculate the load, figure out how long you want the UPS to run, and then you can figure out what size UPS you need.
