NEC SL1100 Not playing auto attendant correctly

Hi All

 

Forgive me if I get the terminology wrong on this, but I'm trying to look at a phone system which is an NEC SL1100. When you phone the main number, the welcome message (presumably the auto attendant, but I can't work out how it's set up) begins to play but then cuts off part way through the play back so you don't get the hear the full list of options, eventually it falls back to dialing the (presumably) default extension.

 

Any ideas how I can resolve the playback issue and get it to complete playing the message?
