Application blocked by Firewall thats turned off

Hello, for ages now we have been having issues with photos (sometimes) not opening. After a Sophos upgrade it apparently now detects windows firewall events, and there is indeed an event logged:

 

"Application microsoft.photos was blocked by an endpoint firewall"

 

but we don't use Sophos Firewall and the Windows firewall on the client is turned off...

 

 

How is that possible?

Could the proxy be defined in a config file somewhere?

sorry can you elaborate a bit on the idea? we dont use a proxy server.

Sorry mean't IP Address. Has it been changed since the update? As the old one could be defined somewhere

 

Are you on about Sophos UTM/XG or Sophos Anti Virus ?

nothing IP related has changed. Its Sophos AV....
