petben Posted November 6, 2020 Posted November 6, 2020 (edited) Hello, for ages now we have been having issues with photos (sometimes) not opening. After a Sophos upgrade it apparently now detects windows firewall events, and there is indeed an event logged: "Application microsoft.photos was blocked by an endpoint firewall" but we don't use Sophos Firewall and the Windows firewall on the client is turned off... How is that possible? Edited November 6, 2020 by petben
Jcx500 Posted November 6, 2020 Posted November 6, 2020 Could the proxy be defined in a config file somewhere?
petben Posted November 6, 2020 Author Posted November 6, 2020 sorry can you elaborate a bit on the idea? we dont use a proxy server.
Jcx500 Posted November 6, 2020 Posted November 6, 2020 (edited) Sorry mean't IP Address. Has it been changed since the update? As the old one could be defined somewhere Are you on about Sophos UTM/XG or Sophos Anti Virus ? Edited November 6, 2020 by Jcx500
