Some staff cannot upload class resources using the Teams app

Hi,

 

Some staff have reported that they cannot upload class resources (files) using the Teams app, but they can upload using the web based version of Teams?? Is it just me or is Teams a but “quirky”? Then sometimes staff report that they can do something in the app but not the web version?? Are the app and the web based version in different dimensions? I have seen some staff get that nice graphic of a bicycle stating “something went wrong” on numerous occasion, when I have watched them and they are doing everything correctly??
